Products must be registered before the owner can claim warranty. Registration must be completed within 40 days of product delivery. Any owner who fails to register their product warranty with RanchBuilt LLC or an authorized dealer voluntarily voids their warranty.

 

RanchBuilt LLC will repair or replace parts of a product that prove defective due to a manufacturer defect during the warranty period, at the company’s sole discretion. This excludes defects resulting from normal wear and tear or product misuse.

 

Warranty does not cover wheel kit components, including tires and jacks, rust, powder coating, or discoloration.

 

Any modification in any fashion to any piece of RanchBuilt LLC equipment immediately voids the product warranty. This includes any parts and pieces contained within.

 

Warranty does not cover labor or travel expenses.

 

The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RanchBuilt LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to the use, misuse, or handling of any products purchased from RanchBuilt LLC, including but not limited to any injury or death of animals or humans.

 

The purchaser acknowledges that livestock equipment involves inherent risks and assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper use of all products provided.
